You can choose your ice cream flavor from vanilla, chocolate, green tea, black sesame, and your filling from custard cream and red bean paste. One Taiyaki ice cream is for $7.

Taiyaki (鯛焼き , literally “baked sea bream”) is a Japanese fish-shaped cake. The most common filling is red bean paste that is made from sweetened azuki beans.
