In winter, they make an “Ice Village” on the Shikaribetsu Lake in Hokkaido, Japan. There are ICE BAR, ICE LODGE, ICE ONSEN, everything is made of ice. It’s open only for 60 days, usually from the middle of January to the middle of March. And it’s very hard to get there, you have to take buses and trains for a long time, but it gives you an amazing experience.
